Musoni Mine Topography Drawing (Two Variants)

Two variations: An A3 drawing on vintage orange graph paper bought in a Beirut stationery store (limited sheets remain) and an 11x17 drawing on isometric grid paper. Both made using Stabilo 88 fine tip marker. 

Drawings will be shipped in a tube, unframed.

The Musoni mine near Kolwezi in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has historically been a copper mine but increased demand for common copper byproduct cobalt has led Kolwezi to rebrand itself as the "cobalt capital of the world." Increased speculation on both cobalt and copper has led to forced evictions of communities living near the mine site. 

20% of sales will be donated to Friends of the Congo.
